Ingredients:
o 2 lemons, thinly sliced
o 1 lemon, cut into wedges for garnish
o Sprigs of mixed fresh herbs, plus 2 TBS chopped (e.g. thyme, tarragon & oregano)
o 1 clove garlic, mashed
o Salt
o 1 TBS Dijon mustard
o 250g centre-cut salmon, skinned
o Green beans
o New potatoes
o Herb vinaigrette
Preparation:
o Turn the Goldair Multicooker on to grill
o Lay lemon slices and herb springs on a sheet of foil
o Make a paste with the garlic, salt, remaining herbs and mustard and spread mixture on both
sides of salmon
o Place salmon on the bed of lemon & herbs
o Grill for 20 min, or until salmon is opaque
o Serve with lemon wedges, steamed green beans and grilled new potatoes tossed in vinaigrette
