Several members of the original cast, including Meryl Streep, Amanda Seyfried, Pierce Brosnan and Colin Firth, will be reunited for the second instalment, which will include a number of different Abba tracks.

The first movie was based on the stage musical of the same name and told the story of a bride-to-be who is trying to discover the identity of her father.

Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again will reach cinemas in July 2018, its producers, Universal Pictures, said.
It will be written and directed by The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel writer, Ol Parker.

The sequel will feature Abba songs not featured in the original movie, 'along with some reprised favourites,' the studio confirmed.
