Meghan Markle gave six of her best friends and the Duchess of Cambridge a touching gift to remember her big day after they supported her through the nuptials.

The new Duchess of Sussex, 36, commissioned California-based jeweller Lisette Polny, founder of Zofia Day, to make a bespoke Solid Gold Disc Bracelet as a memento for her loved ones.

Meghan herself approved the design for the delicate yellow gold trinket, appropriately titled The Kensington, which is now available to buy for $600, reports the Daily Mail.

As well as the Duchess of Cambridge, it's thought that Jessica Mulroney and Benita Litt also received the gift after their children walked down the aisle with Meghan as bridesmaids and page boys.

"It's an overwhelming honour to be part of history and for my pieces to be given as a keepsake for this momentous occasion," Polny told People.

"It's a really simple, elegant piece that's just very true to her personal style."
