Device keeps golfers in the know
You'll be ready to play most any golf course in the world with the Approach G6 GPS golf device. Designed by Garmin, the pocket-sized device contains detailed maps for more than 25,000 golf courses.
Small enough to fit in the palm of your hand, the G6 sports a 2.6-inch color display that can be read outdoors, even on sunny days. As you play a course, you can touch the spot on a map that you want to measure, and the device will alert you to any hazards or obstacles.
Still not sure what to do? You can zoom in for a closer look at the landing area. The device also keeps track of your stats, allowing you to analyze a variety of data, including the distance you get with different clubs.
It also functions as a digital scorecard with scoring and adjustable handicap options. The Approach G6 costs about $300.
