London's O2 will be flooded with the stars of the music industry - from the UK and beyond - for The 2012 BRIT Awards with MasterCard.
And of course, coming with them will be hundreds of hungry bellies and thirsty mouths, so it's just as well expert British caterers Payne & Gunter are on hand to supply the catering for The BRITs once again. So before they fire up the ovens, fold the napkins and set the tables, check out the incredible numbers behind this year's BRITs catering.
