The wedding's planned and paid for, but where's the groom?

Australian woman Anita Chakra Burtty, believes she'll find Mr Right in October or November this year and the wedding's all set to go.

She's told TV reporters that 'it's not going to be a huge issue' if she doesn't get married in April next year, but she 'knows' that she will.

She's bought her wedding dress, booked the florist and arranged for a barbeque reception in the beach suburb of Coogee.

The astrolgy-loving woman, who worked as a risk manager for eight years, has also invited friends and family from England over to Australia to join her on her special day.

"Hopefully, once he meets me, he'll realise I'm very fun and very generous and I'm a very kind and loving person and he won't mind that I'm only a tiny bit insane," she said with a laugh.

Ms Burtty is so convinced that she will find a groom, she's asked her best friend Jeremy to change his own wedding date in order to avoid a clash.

Jeremy told the TV news program: 'We were just planning dates at the time so you know, I wouldn't be a good friend to Anita unless I believed in her and supported her'.

He acknowledged that his friend's behavior is rather unusual.

"Obviously, it's a bit out there but the world's a strange place and I've seen weirder things happen so I guess we'll find out in six to eight months."

Ms Burtty now runs her own naturopathic business and also holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Naturopathy.

As for the future husband, every man I've spoken to about the story, reckons he'd be running for his life in the opposite direction!
