Commencing Sunday 4th March, and thereafter on the first Sunday of every month, between 2pm and 6pm the Paparua Templeton RSA will host a disco for Primary and Intermediate children. An excellent Disco Unit has been engaged.
Two conditions of entry are:
• If unaccompanied by an adult parent or adult guardian, no entry will be permitted. That parent/guardian must remain in the hall for as long as the child does. That parent/guardian is absolutely responsible for the good behaviour of the child, and
• No food or drink shall be brought into the hall.
Because we must pay for the Disco unit, there will be an entry charge made to offset our costs. It will cost $4.00 per child, or in the case of a family of two or more children $7. Pre school aged children will be admitted at no charge.
Should circumstances so dictate any or part of any entry fee may be waived. In this regard parents should contact the undersigned.
A Special permit will enable bar purchases to be made. As well, low and non alcoholic refreshments are available.
We are anxious to promote this initiative so
• we can get even more alongside our communities
• move towards changing our image to our communities
• provide something that will be of benefit to our communities
• provide a bit of relief from the tedium of repetitive earthquakes and aftershocks.
