Toni's baby scan

Toni Street is expecting a baby boy later this year via surrogate.

Over the weekend she took to Instagram to reveal that the pregnancy has already reached the halfway mark.

Toni shared an ultrasound photo of her unborn son, writing: “Halfway already! Can’t wait to meet you lil boy.”

It was revealed earlier this year that Toni and her husband Matt are having her third child thanks to her childhood friend, Sophie Braggins who offered to be a surrogate for the couple.

In February Toni explained: "My battle with the auto-immune disease Churg-Strauss means I can't carry another baby myself, so we were extremely lucky to have such a special and selfless friend offer to be a surrogate for us."

Toni was diagnosed with Churg-Strauss syndrome in 2015, and after two years of treatment, the radio star is in remission - but the syndrome can reappear without warning. Last year, a doctor told Toni that pregnancy would be too risky with her condition.

The little bundle of joy is due in August this year.
