A Failsafe Way To Get To Sleep Fast

A lot of people have trouble falling asleep - including me. Especially if there is a lot going on in my head! That's why I was amazed to find this article: supposedly a foolproof way to get to sleep fast. It's called the 4-7-8 method: breathe in through your nose for four seconds, hold the breath for seven seconds, then breathe out through your mouth for eight seconds.
