It has been an incredible few years for Joni Mitchell.

In 2015 she couldn't walk or talk following a brain aneurysm that damaged her motor skills.

She also retaught herself to play guitar by watching videos of other musicians, she explained to CBS Mornings in 2022, "It's amazing what an aneurysm knocks out - how to get out of a chair. You don't know how to get out of bed. You have to learn all these things by rote again."

Today she took to the stage at the 66th Annual Grammy Awards for a performance of Both Sides Now for the first time in her career.

She also took home another Grammy, making her a 10x winner, for Best Folk Album with  Joni Mitchell at Newport [Live] - recorded in 2022 during her surprise appearance at the Newport Folk Festival in Rhode Island.

You can watch her performance of 'Both Sides Now' from this year's Grammy Awards above.
