Social media star Jess Quinn isn’t letting a missing limb stop her from competing on Dancing With the Stars.

The amputee, who lost her leg to bone cancer as a child, has been confirmed to compete on the upcoming season of Three’s Dancing with the Stars New Zealand.

The 24-year-old runner from Auckland, who has 160,000 Instagram followers, said that she was excited by the challenge.

Jess will be joined by Gilda Kirkpatrick and David Seymour.

She told the NZ Herald in November it took a long time to come to terms with what happened to her leg and to adapt to her new body and its capabilities.

She said she went to extreme lengths to hide her prosthetic leg from her school friends after losing her leg at age nine.

"I went through a really rough period where... just the nature of the surgery I'd had, my thigh area was really skinny," Quinn says.

Breathe. Smile. & don't let anyone kill your vibe. 👊🏼 📸 @parker
