Michelin-starred chef and star of Hell's Kitchen, Gordon Ramsay has recently stated in an interview that he likes to "eat properly."

While this could mean a number of things, he is specifically referring to eating at the dinner table. “I like to eat properly, hold conversations, divide and conquer, find out who’s doing what, who’s fallen behind at parents’ evening, and then retire to the sofa, with a drink,” he said.

When you're Gordon Ramsay, dinner etiquette like this is expected, but the celebrity chef did take a dig at those who prefer not to dine at the dinner table. When asked if he and his family ever dine on the sofa watching TV, he commented “No, that’s pretty gross. Also, the sofa is off-white, which is bad enough with the dog on there, so no food."

When asked if he ever eats in bed, Ramsay unsurprisingly said no, seven times in fact. “Oh no, no, no, no, no, no. NO.”
