- 2 Haas avocados, halved, pitted, and diced in shell
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 jalapeno, finely diced
- 1/2 bunch fresh coriander, coarsely chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt and pepper
Mash the avocados with a fork and combine with the red onion, jalapeno, cilantro, lime juice, salt and pepper.
Enjoy served with corn chips.
