When it comes to choosing contact lenses, you have many options - from extended-wear contacts to disposables.

There are two different types of contact lens options; soft and hard. Most people wear soft lenses but if you have a medical condition, your optometrist may recommend hard lenses instead.

After choosing hard or soft lenses, there are many other variables to determine, such as whether daily wear contacts or disposable contacts are better for your lifestyle and eyes.

Specsavers offers customers a free contact lens consultation and trial. If you do not have a current prescription, an eye examination will be required. Book an appointment at your local Specsavers optometrist or by visiting www.specsavers.co.nz.
