After setting the rumour mill alight at the BRIT Awards last week when she showed off an eye-catching diamond ring on her engagement finger, Adele isn't confirming nor denying the speculation.

Stopping by the Graham Norton Show over the weekend, the 'Hello' hitmaker played coy when asked about the reports she's engaged to American sports agent Rich Paul, despite still wearing the pear-shaped diamnd ring on THAT finger.

"As if I would ever tell anyone if I was or wasn't," she answered, referencing her jewellery. "It's lovely though, isn't it?"

Host Graham Norton pointed out that, to the "casual observer," Adele appears to be engaged, to which she let out a big laugh and replied: "Alright."

During her visit to the talk show, the 33-year-old singer also opened up about her plans to expand her family.

After postponing her Las Vegas residency in late January, Adele assured fans that the shows would definitely be rescheduled for this year because she plans on having a baby next year.

"They're absolutely happening this year. Oh, 100% ... They are absolutely happening this year, yes, I want a baby next year," she told the much-loved host.

"I have plans next year. Imagine if I have to cancel because I am having a baby!"

Adele is already a mum to nine-year-old son Angelo, whom she shares with ex-husband Simon Konecki.

Adele and Rich have been in a relationship since early 2021 and met two years prior at a party.

The Oscar-winner previously described her romance with him as being the most "incredible, openhearted, and easiest" one she's ever been in.

The 40-year-old is the agent of the world's biggest basketball star, LeBron James.

Worth an estimated £33.4million, Rich started out selling vintage sports shirts from the back of his car when he met a teenage LeBron at an airport in 2002.
