A young fan recently had one of her own Glory Days after Bruce Springsteen's recent San Francisco concert.

During the show, an 11-year-old student held up a poster that read, "SKIPPING SCHOOL SIGN MY NOTE?"

Bruce noticed the young fan’s sign and very willingly signed the absence note to excuse her from school on Monday.

The student, Genevieve, had already written out the excuse to her teacher.

"To Mrs. Norman, Sorry I missed school yesterday. I went with my parents and my sister to see the Heart-Stopping, Pants-Dropping, Earth-Shocking, Hard-Rocking, Booty-Shaking, Earthquaking, Love Making, History-Making Legendary Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band. From Genevieve."

In a video posted to social media, 'The Boss' is seen kneeling to sign Genevieve's note before blowing a kiss her way, bowing to the crowd and following the E Street Band offstage.

As far as excuses go for getting out of school, this is a pretty good one!
