It seems Bruce Willis is a fan of boogieing his way into the weekend.

On Friday, the Hollywood legend enjoyed a heartwarming father-daughter dance in a video captured by his wife Emma Heming Willis.

Taking to Instagram, Heming Willis shared the footage of her husband busting a move with 10-year-old Mabel to the Lizzo song, 'About Damn Time.'

In the clip, Mabel can be seen getting down, but when the 67-year-old actor tries to copy the moves, in true dad fashion, the youngster bursts out laughing.

Alongside the video, Heming Willis wrote: "Bringing that weekend in strong! #TGIF #happyfriday."

Earlier this year, Willis' family announced that he would be retiring from acting after being diagnosed with the brain condition, aphasia.

Aphasia can begin as trouble communicating due to brain damage in the left side of the brain, which controls language.

Someone with aphasia might have trouble finding the correct words, substitute the wrong words for each other or speak in short sentences that are difficult or impossible to understand.

While its presentations can vary, aphasia is usually a symptom of a broader medical issue. It may result from a stroke, head injury or tumour, or develop due to a degenerative brain condition.

The Die Hard star also has eight-year-old Evelyn with Heming Willis, who he has been married to since 2009, as well as Rumer, 33, Scout, 30, and Tallulah, 28, with ex-wife Demi Moore.
