The gentleman in question at this year's Melbourne Cup is Chris Jagger, the younger brother of Rolling Stones lead singer, Mick Jagger.
Chris, 69, appeared in high spirits at Flemington Racecourse, happily posing for photos in front of the Lavazza media wall.
The versatile artist - who has released 12 albums of his own, his most recent being 2017's All The Best - made a style statement in a mismatched ensemble.
