It may have been Cher's birthday yesterday, but she's got one very special gift for fans ...

Following the success of Bohemian Rhapsody and Rocketman, Cher is now getting her own biopic.

The as yet untitled film will be scripted by Oscar-winning screenwriter Eric Roth and produced by Judy Craymer — who turned the ABBA song catalog into the stage musical smash Mamma Mia! — and Gary Goetzman — who produced the Mamma Mia! films.

The 'Believe' singer will also serve as a producer on the film.

Taking to Twitter, the iconic singer announced the exciting news, writing: "Ok Universal is Doing Biopic With My Friends JUDY CRAYMER,GARY GOETZMAN PRODUCING. THEYY PRODUCED BOTH MAMMA MIA’S,& MY DEAR DEAR Friend 4 YRS, & OSCAR WINNER..ERIC ROTH IS GOING 2 WRITE IT."

Speaking about the project, Craymer said: "Gary and I are thrilled to be working with Cher again and this time bringing her empowering and true life odyssey to the big screen.
