As celebrities around the world continue to honour the beloved Olivia Newton-John after she passed away last week, Coldplay surprised fans at their concert on Tuesday night by welcoming Natalie Imbruglia onto the stage for a heartful tribute to the Australian icon.

Performing at London's Wembley Stadium, the musicians belted out a heartfelt rendition of 'Summer Nights' from her beloved film, Grease.

With Imbruglia singing Newton-John's part of the hit song, Coldplay's Chris Martin sang John Travolta's part with Jacob Collier joining him during the chorus.

Unsurprisingly, the audience joined in, singing along with the iconic lyrics from the classic duet.

Newton-John died in the morning of Monday 8 August at her ranch in Southern California, where she was surrounded by family and friends.

While a specific cause of death has not yet been revealed, a source close to TMZ reported that "she lost her battle to metastatic breast cancer."

The 'Physical' hitmaker is survived by her husband, John Easterling, who shared the news of her death on her official Instagram account, and her daughter, Chloe.
