Wedding season has begun - which means brides and grooms are busy planning their big day down to the very hour, minute and second.

But one wedding schedule is going viral online for the most hilarious reason ...

It seems the newlyweds forgot to double check and proof-read their wedding day plan and left many laughing thanks to good ol' auto-correct.

The itinerary clearly states the wedding ceremony will start at 3pm and dinner won't be served until 5.30pm, so the couple decided to treat their guests to some nibbles in between.

But instead of labelling it as hors d’oeuvres – as they are commonly known – the bride and groom accidentally printed 'Horse Ovaries' would be served.

Posted to Instagram, the schedule has already received over 7,000 likes with many commenters sharing a giggle.

One person wrote: "Not surprised that they banned cell phones. Horse ovaries are best when not eaten in public."

Another added: "I’m picturing a staff member at the end of the receiving line with their tray of hors d’oeuvres that everyone is too afraid to take …"

You can imagine the state of confusion the guests would have been in!
