Dolly Parton has just had a dose of her own medicine ...

After helping to fund the Moderna vaccine with a $1 million donation to Vanderbilt researchers, the country music superstar has just received her first Covid-19 shot.

Taking to social media, the 75-year-old posted a humorous video of herself getting the vaccination while urging her followers to have the vaccine if they are eligible.

Before receiving her shot on camera from Dr. Naji Abumrad - a Vanderbilt physician she met after a car wreck in 2013 - Parton rewrote the words to her famed ballad 'Jolene' for the occasion.

"Vaccine, vaccine, vaccine, vaccine," Parton sang. "I'm begging of you please don't hesitate."

Following the injection, she reassured her fans telling the camera that it didn't hurt.
