Dolly Parton is getting her very own ice cream flavour!

Get excited, ice cream lovers.

There's a new flavour coming to town — and it’s inspired by the one and only Dolly Parton.

American artisan ice cream brand, Jeni’s Splendid Ice Cream announced this week it has been working "9 to 5" crafting a special new ice cream flavour with the country music superstar to benefit her nonprofit organisation Imagination Library.

Taking to social media, Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams announced: "Hypothetically speaking, say we had a new collab flavour in the works, what do you hope it is?"

Before sharing a beautifully drawn portrait of the singer revealing their collaboration.

Parton founded Imagination Library in 1995.

The book gifting program mails free books to kids under the age of 5 across the world to improve child literacy.

Details about the flavour of the limited edition pint have not yet been released, but the company said that it is "specially made for Dolly Parton."
