Fans couldn't get enough of the tragedies and turmoils at Drovers Run.

And it seems beloved drama McLeod's Daughters may be returning to TV screens, with Channel Nine confirming they are looking at rebooting the series.

Nine years after the show ended, Daily Mail Australia looks at where some of your favourites are now - from Claire and Tess McLeod to Alex Ryan and Jodi Fountain.

On Thursday, a Channel Nine spokesman told News.com.au the network was considering a remake of McLeod's Daughters.

'We are talking to (creator) Posie Graeme Evans about how we could tackle it,' they said in a statement.

'We know how much everybody loves McLeod's Daughters, it's an important part of our heritage. Nothing is commissioned, or set in stone.'

Meanwhile, Michala Banas and Simmone Jade Mackinnon have both dropped hints on Instagram recently that the program might return.

Sharing an image of their characters from McLeod's Daughters, they both wrote: 'Watch this space...'
