Another Christchurch concert's under the spotlight - with hundreds of students demanding a refund after an Orientation Week concert for Canterbury University students.
They're complaining headline act Ciara was three hours late and played for under 10 minutes.
Some paid over $100 for a meet-and-greet which never happened.
Concert goer Julia Malley says the whole event was badly organised and no one was told what was happening.
She says many left the concert, believing Ciara wasn't going to turn up, then couldn't get back in once she started playing.
