Then later at the Balmain party the blonde bombshell giggled and danced in front of the photographers, showing off her tasseled ensemble to full effect.

Ok, so maybe she does look a little like Draco Malfoy’s hot big sister but we’re loving this new blonde, bouncy carefree Kim.
