Nicole Kidman's revealed her biggest fear of being an older mother

Nicole Kidman has opened up in a TV interview about the struggles of being an older mother with two kids under the age of 10.

The 49-year-old actress has two daughters with husband Keith Urban, also 49. She is also mother to 

Nicole shared her concern about her age as a mother, saying, "I would just like to be here long enough to have my children grow up and for me to see them thriving... So, that's all I ask.

"And that my husband and I are with each other. Simple! Simple requests," she said while holding back tears.

Nicole also opened up about the loss of her father, Dr Tony Kidman, saying, "When my father passed away, I literally was down saying, 'Please, give me the strength just to be able to wake up tomorrow,' because I was shattered beyond belief at that," she continued.

Nicole gracefully thanked the love of her husband and children for getting her through that tough time.
