When Meghan Markle attended the 100 Days of Peace benefit concert that was held in London last night, it wasn't the concert that caught everyone's attention, instead, Meghan's dress was the centre of attention.

After pictures were posted from the event online, Twitter was set alight with tweets claiming that the Duchess was heavily pregnant.
