STADIUM INFORMATION:

Entry Info:

Doors will open at 5pm.

What you can bring into Spark Arena:

Please leave all large bags at home! There will be pat downs, security wanding, and a full bag search on entry, so don't bring backpacks or any large handbags.

All bags larger than 30cm x 30cm will not be allowed inside the venue, and will need to be left at the external bag check area for the duration of the show.

Cameras with a detachable lens, iPads, GoPro's and selfie sticks are also not allowed.

You can purchase food from the bar that you can take into the show. Free water coolers are available around the arena, too. Please note that Spark Arena is cashless.

Spark Arena is a smoke-free and vape-free venue.

GETTING THERE:

If you're being dropped off or picked up, the best meeting point is by the footbridge on Quay Street.

There are some parking facilities in surrounding streets, but if you park somewhere that is later subject to road closures or parking restrictions you may be towed or delayed leaving.

The closest parking facilities are:

  • Arena Car Park (Dockside Lane, off Tapora Street, about 5 min walk)
  • Britomart Car Park (Corner of Quay Street and Britomart Place, about 8 min walk)
  • Railway Car Park (Te Taou Crescent, off Beach Road, about 5 min walk)
  • Tangihua Street Car Park (Tangihua Street, about 6 min walk)

There is limited onsite mobility parking for patrons holding a current mobility parking permit, but these spaces must be pre-booked as they fill up quickly. Spaces are allocated on a first come first served basis.

For all transport details visit https://at.govt.nz/.

MERCHANDISE:

The merch caravan will be open by 5pm selling official The Corrs merchandise items. The caravan is located outside the arena on the main plaza.

TICKET INFO:

All Tickets are Mobile Ticket Only. Mobile Tickets are like Print-at-Home tickets but instead of having to print off the tickets yourself, you can just show the barcode on your mobile phone. Follow these step-by-step instructions to access your mobile tickets.

You may have a Safetix ticket from Ticketmaster - an encrypted mobile ticket built with leading-edge technology. This means that your ticket barcode is dynamic and will change every 30 seconds - increasing the security of your ticket. This means you can only scan your ticket from your mobile, and a screenshot or print out of your ticket will not work on their systems. To check if you have a SafeTix mobile ticket, log in to your Ticketmaster account. More info here.

Only tickets purchased via the respective approved ticketing agent (Ticketmaster) are valid for entry to the show.

Tickets purchased via reseller sites such as Viagogo, The Ticket Merchant, Ticketblaster, Queen of Tickets, E-Bay or Gumtree are not guaranteed to gain entry into the event.

Your bay, row and seat number can be found on your ticket. Please only enter via the gate specified on your ticket.

If you find yourself unable to access your ticket on your mobile phone at the venue, please visit the Ticketmaster Box Office next to Entry B. You will need to provide some form of ID so that the Box Office staff can access your Ticketmaster account details.
