Following a rough few months for Jeremy Kyle, the former TV presenter has spoken out for the first time following the cancellation of his show to announce he is expecting a baby with his fiancee Vicky Burton.
The 54-year-old and Burton are "delighted" by their new addition - who is due early next year.
"Vick and I couldn’t be happier to say we’re expecting our first baby together. We’ve told our families and everyone is delighted," he told The Sun.
"It's the best possible thing that could have happened and we're excited about preparing for his or her arrival in January."
Kyle already has three daughters Harriet, 29, Alice, 15, Ava, 13, and one son Henry, ten, from previous marriages to Kirsty Rowley and Carla Germaine.
The announcement was Kyle's first public comment since he reacted to ITV cancelling his long-running chatshow following the death of a guest.
"Myself and the production team are all utterly devastated," he said of his show's axing in March.
