Jimmy Barnes and his family are using music to pay a heartwarming tribute to Aotearoa - and they've enlisted the help of Neil Finn.
The Australian rocker took to social media to share a clip of his talented family performing a beautiful rendition of 'Pokarekare Ana.'
Alongside the video, Barnes wrote: "We’ve been longing to be with our dear ones across the seas.
"Here's a Māori song with our whānau over here.
"Hi from New Zealand with Neil Finn, Sharon Finn, Elroy Finn, EJ and Jimmy, and the Jane Barnes Band."
The performance struck a chord with homesick New Zealanders who commented on the post to let them know how much it meant to them to listen to the song.
New Zealand and Australia formed a transtasman bubble that officially kicked off on Monday, leading to emotional reunions at international arrival halls of airports in both countries.
