Miley Cyrus is back with a fiery cover of the 80s classic 'Maneater' from pop duo Darryl Hall and John Oates.

Cyrus performed the cover on an episode of The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon, with the Youtube video being viewed over 1 million times in 2 days.

The newly single singer dedicated the cover to her future ex-husband, replying to a question from Fallon in classic Miley Cyrus style.

"So, 'Maneater,' I think it’s very important to be transparent. So I’m freshly single, so anyone watching that’s my future ex-husband, just knows, I told you."

She continued, "Just wear it all out in the open. There's no skeletons in the closet. I warned you first."

The Hall & Oates original version of Maneater from 1982 reached number one on the Billboard charts and peaked at number four in New Zealand for that year.
