Nicole Kidman shares adorable photos of her family's new addition

Nicole Kidman has just become the proud new parent of a rescue cat.

Taking to Instagram, the Moulin Rouge actress shared a photo of her new addition with her fans.

Alongside a picture of the black-and-white cat kissing his new owner on the nose, Nicole wrote: "Meet the newest member of our fur-family, Louis! #rescuecat."

The 53-year-old also shared a video of Louis looking very content, as he sprawled out on a bed.

In the clip Nicole can be heard saying, "Louis, hi, welcome. We love you, Louis," as she pets the lovable cat.

Louis is no doubt a big hit with Nicole's youngest two children, 12-year-old Sunday and nine-year-old Faith, who she shares with husband Keith Urban.

Louis joins Kidman's two other cats, Ginger and Snow, plus her dog Jules, whom she welcomed in July 2019 — her first-ever pet dog.
