Nigella's TV show 'Nigella: At My Table' has introduced the world to a number of amazing food creations, but it's her Christmas meringue hybrid that's really causing a stir.
She's called it the 'Merookie', and it's a mixture of meringue, chocolate-chip cookies, pistachio shavings, and edible glitter.
While this sounds like a disaster, they actually look pretty good:
"At this time of the year, I like to have something sweet in a tin," Nigella said as she began making the festive cookies.
She explained how the cookies have to be chewy, crispy, and chocolately.
