Prince George has made his debut at Wimbledon!

And it wouldn't be a British event without a young royal's silly faces stealing the show.

All eyes were on the eldest Cambridge child as he made a surprise appearance at the Wimbledon finals on Sunday with his parents Prince William and Kate Middleton.

The trio watched Serbia's Novak Djokovic compete against Australia's Nick Kyrgios during the men's singles final from the royal box but it was the little scene-stealer's funny faces throughout the match that caught everyone's attention.

Looking dapper in a navy blue suit, the eight-year-old royal was photographed picking his nose at one point, before scrunching up his face and squinting.

George's appearance was reminiscent of William's first Wimbledon outing in 1991 when he attended the women's finals alongside his late mother, Princess Diana.

Djokovic won his seventh Wimbledon win and his 21st grand slam title overall after defeating Kyrgios.

Kate presented the winning trophy and the runner-up trophy.

George's younger siblings Princess Charlotte, seven, and Prince Louis, four, were not in attendance. Neither have gone to Wimbledon before.
