Happy anniversary, Prince William and Kate Middleton!

The royal couple marked their 13th wedding anniversary sharing a new photo of themselves from their wedding on their joint social media accounts.

"13 years ago today!" the Prince and Princess of Wales, simply captioned the sweet snapshot.

The black-and-white portrait showed the pair smiling and standing together, with Kate holding her bouquet made mainly of lilies of the valley - Queen Elizabeth's favourite flower.

Kate is wearing Queen Elizabeth's Cartier Halo Tiara and the white V-neck gown that she wore for their church service at Westminster Abbey.

However, William is wearing an outfit change from the ceremony. His wedding outfit was the red tunic of the Irish Guards and he later changed into the black uniform of the Blues and Royals seen in the new photo.

The photo was taken by Millie Pilkington, who shared the image on her own Instagram, writing, "Wishing the @princeandprincessofwales the very happiest wedding anniversary. Can’t believe it is 13 years ago almost to the hour, that I took this portrait. So excited and honored that they should wish to share it."

Westminster Abbey also celebrated the pair's anniversary, sharing a video of the newlyweds leaving the London landmark following their wedding ceremony in 2011. They were followed by their adorable bridal party as well as their siblings, Prince Harry and Pippa Middleton.

Happy anniversary Will and Kate!
