Rachel Hunter shares beautiful snap from her mum's "Special spot"

As you may already know, Rachel Hunter's mother, Janeen Phillips passed away earlier this year.

At 9pm Last Night with a complete circle of love sitting beside her, Jacqui, Myself, Liam & Renee, comforted Mum in her last breaths. The beauty that surrounded that moment was a moment only she could have created. Yes there was so much pain in her last 18 months, but we will never forget the force of beauty, fire, protectiveness, empathy, strength, and of course the realm of magic that exists in and around her. We will see you soon our love. Every time I look at nature you will exist . Mother Nature exists forever🌙 and so do you.✨. . I can't thank you all for your love . At this time I also want to send love and support to all that are going through this .

It was a very emotional time for the family, but Rachel wasn't afraid to share a lot of her life throughout the process.

The spot looks to be in some foreign country, but it turns out that she is actually at the Karma Choeling Tibetan Buddhist Monastery right here in New Zealand.

A moment of silence for me beckons, Vitality ✨ Between visits with mum ... I drove today as some of you know a favorite place of mine . My mind is a little fragmented & fragile . I sat and meditated, lit incense, with the memory of mum when we visited for the first time upstairs with the monks, them busy making us a tea for tea ceremony. I took this pic and went back to show her . The warmth & love in her eyes✨ ✨ Prays and love to all who need to be comforted & loved our there tonite Thoughts & blessings 🙏🏼
