Shania Twain has wowed fans as she transformed into Mrs Potts for the ABC Beauty and the Beast special.

Stepping into the role of the iconic teapot character - who was famously played by Angela Lansbury in the 1991 animated film - the 57-year-old superstar showed off her powerful vocals with not one but two performances.

First teaming up with Martin Short, who played Lumiere, the duo treated audiences to a magical rendition of  'Be Our Guest.'

But the real standout, was when the country music queen belted out a stunning cover of 'Beauty and the Beast.'

The live-action/animated hybrid special also featured award-winning musician H.E.R. as Belle, Josh Groban as The Beast and David Alan Grier as Cogsworth.

Described as a "two-hour animated and live-action blended special that will pay tribute to the original Disney Animation’s Beauty and the Beast and its legacy," the cast's performances were seamlessly woven through the original feature film.

All the songs from the original animated classic were performed in front of a live audience at Disney Studios.
