Sir Rod Stewart is no stranger to surprising fans with performances and over the weekend he turned up at a Glasgow pub for a sing-along.

The 79-year-old rocker stopped at Murphy's bar after the Celtic's win at Hampden and joined Scottish country singer Kevin McGuire to belt out Maggie May.

Pubgoers could be heard cheering and clapping along to the performance in the video Kevin shared to his TikTok.

"Performing MAGGIE MAY with ROD STEWART [INSANE MOMENT]."
