Warriors downed by unanswered points

The Newcastle Knights have scored 18 unanswered points in the second half to down the Warriors 24-14 in their NRL match in Newcastle.

The Warriors went into halftime 14-6 up courtesy of first half tries to both Thomas Leuluai and Ryan Hoffman.

However, the home side came out firing in the second spell, making short work of the Warriors' defence, with Dane Gagai claiming his second try of the match.

That was followed by Tyler Randell and Robbie Rochow both crossing the line for the Knights to seal the come from behind win.
