Stevie Nicks announces music comeback with powerful cover of 1960s hit 'For What It's Worth'

Stevie Nicks is treating fans to new music for the first time in two years!

Getting back into the studio after a massive US tour, the Fleetwood Mac singer has laid down something special.

Covering Buffalo Springfield's '60s psychedelic smash hit, 'For What It's Worth', the 74-year-old shows off her iconic voice.

"It meant something to me then, and it means something to me now," Nicks said about the song.

She added: "I always wanted to interpret it through the eyes of a woman – and it seems like today, in the times we live in, it has a lot to say ..."

Released in December 1966, Buffalo Springfield's original version of 'For What It's Worth' peaked at number 7 on the Billboard Hot 100 the following year.
