Toni's weight loss tips

She's the star of New Zealand's silver screen, so she's used to being in front of the camera, but Toni stepped into the spotlight for a different reason today.

Over the past six weeks Toni has managed to shave off 4.8 kgs by simply hitting the gym and switching up her diet!

When speaking to The New Zealand Herald on the matter, she spoke of how numerous Weight Watchers plans haven't worked in the past, but this time the results were different.

"I have to launch at it and put myself out there and say, 'I'm going to do this. I'm going to commit to this many sessions a week. I'm going to cut my carbs.' For me, you need to go all in for it to happen."

She has made impressive progress over the past few weeks, but when asked if it's going to continue, she explained how it might be a little challenging, but she's determined to keep at it.

"We're about to hit Christmas. We're about to hit nibbles and alcohol," says Toni. "I will be having some of that and so I don't want to come back at the end of January and be back at square one. That's actually the huge challenge."
