If you enjoyed Top Gun: Maverick, there’s a good chance you'll love the digital release of the film even more.

While it has already been three months since the hugely successful film premiered in the cinemas, Tom Cruise and his sidekicks will soon be able to take your breath away from the comfort of your own couch when the movie drops on digital on August 23.

Aside from the movie itself, the digital release also gives fans an additional 110 minutes of "action-packed bonus content," including music videos for the soundtrack songs by Lady Gaga and OneRepublic and various short featurettes.

Cleared for Take Off looks into the cast's intense flight training program, while Breaking New Ground goes behind the scenes with the cast and crew as they capture the film's aerial sequences.

In the featurette, A Love Letter To Aviation, Cruise shares his passion for the hobby, piloting his own aircraft, a vintage World War II P-51 Mustang.

He can also later be seen in Masterclass with Tom Cruise, where he discusses his career at the 75th Cannes Film Festival.

The reboot of the 1986 film brings Cruise back as Maverick, who after 30 years as a top naval aviator must "confront the ghosts of his past" when he returns to TOP GUN to train "an elite group of graduates."

Although, things aren't as easy when he comes face-to-face with Lt. Bradshaw, played by Teller, who is his former wingman Goose's son.

Top Gun: Maverick is the number one film of 2022 and the 13th biggest movie of all time, raking in $1.3 billion at the worldwide box office.

Fans will also get the 110 minutes of bonus content on the 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray, and DVD physical releases in November.
