UK chef reveals how we've been grating cheese the wrong way

There are quite a few kitchen gadgets that most people would deem to be hard to use, but the cheese grater wouldn't be one. 

According to a British food blog, we have been doing it incorrectly - it turns out that the 'up/down' method isn't the one!

Instead of the traditional up/down method, a less conventional side to side method is the way to go.
