She's now at 31 weeks, and our golden girl looks as pregnant as ever, but it's still not stopping her from throwing a bit of tin around at the gym.
She shared this very impressive workout video, and look at that wee bump!
There aren't many women that are 31 weeks pregnant and are throwing weights around the way that she is!
But that wasn't it on the baby update front, she also shared this snap of the wee clothes that baby Adams is going to be rocking in a few weeks time!
How cute are they, perfect for a little Olympian!
