Students from Middleton Grange School in Christchurch are spreading some serious Feel Good vibes with their 2025 school video, a fun parody of the hit musical number In the Heights, reimagined as In the Grange.
The lively video follows a day in the life of the school’s Performing Arts department, capturing the talent, teamwork and joy that goes into singing, dancing and storytelling at Middleton Grange. Created as a light-hearted project, the students had an absolute blast putting it together, and it shows in every performance.
Since being shared online, the parody has been warmly received, with viewers applauding the creativity and confidence on display. It’s a joyful reminder of just how much talent and passion exists within New Zealand schools when students are given the chance to express themselves.

If you’re in need of a smile today, this one’s well worth a watch.
