Queen Elizabeth II is now the world's longest-reigning monarch, following the death of Thailand's King Bhumibol Adulyadej yesterday. She has officially reigned for over 64 years, 8 months and 8 days.
To mark the occasion, we want to share with you previously unpublished photos of the Queen.
The pictures were taken over the course of eight months in 1991 by 53-year-old David Secombe who was working as a stills photographer for the BBC at the time.
Mr Secombe, who was part of the crew filming a documentary Elizabeth R.
