Couple celebrates 70th anniversary by having wedding shoot

Margaret and Ferris Romaire were married in a simple wedding ceremony seventy years ago. At the time, the high school sweethearts didn’t even take photos to mark the day.

But last month, the finally got their wedding shoot, on their 70th wedding anniversary.

Their granddaughter arranged a photo shoot for them with photographer Lara Carter.

In the photographs it's apparent that the couple are still deeply in love more than 7 decades after tying the knot in 1948.
