Macaulay Culkin has been spotted filming scenes in New York City for TV show The Jim Gaffigan Show, looking a lot different to how we recently remember him.
The Home Alone child star, now 35, was last photographed in 2012 looking gaunt and pale, while rumours circled about a possible drug addiction.
Sporting a mane of long mousy brown hair, you’d be forgiven for not instantly recognising him - we're glad he's looking a lot healthier now!
