The Miss Universe contestants are almost unrecognisable after deciding to bare all in a bid to prove that beauty is more than skin deep.

The pageant queens have removed all of their makeup and posed for a bunch of stunning selfies, proving that this year's competitors are gorgeous without all the fake tan, false eyelashes and bright red lipstick.

The contestants have dubbed the online campaign, #ConfidentlyBeautiful and are encouraging other women from around the globe to take part.
